ViSalus Sciences manufactures and distributes an advanced anti-aging and energy system and product line and is a leading Health Transformation Company utilizing the direct selling channel to distribute its Weight Management and Nutritional Supplement products branded VI-Pak. The Vi-Pak product line was created by Dr. Michael Siedman, who continues to serve as Director of Product Research and Development.

For promotional purposes, and to assist the distributors, ViSalus Sciences have a “Body by Vi Challenge” which is a 90 day regimen to help people get in shape through exercise and by using the products, and by offering a chance to win over $100,000 per year in total prizes.

Compensation Plan

Visalus Sciences compensation plan is a Uni-level which is predominantly performance based.

There are many ways to earn though, through retail commissions, fast start bonuses, team bonuses, and more including a car bonus.

They have solid leadership with a strong emphasis on distributor support and training. They market top quality products, and their compensation plan is generous. However, these details alone are not enough to totally guarantee your success.

Rexair Compensation Plan

I can not find a compensation plan on the site per say, but Rexair does pay out per sale. They also have year-end bonuses, vacation time and other perks and reimbursements that make up total compensation.

It seems that Rexair income depends on presentations per week, you will have to complete multiple presentations per week to receive income. The commission increases based on how many units are sold.

 

Summary / Conclusion

Rexair is a solid company with strong leadership and proven products and has, through time, established itself as such in the industry. This on its own is a plus if you are considering becoming a rep of rexair and promoting the business and products. However, if your main game plan is to just apply traditional techniques and sell to your warm market and close circle contacts like friends and family then unfortunately you are probably not going to achieve the big payouts that you would hope. This business technique is out dated and doomed to fail in the 21 st century. Why waste your time just trying to sell to a small group of people who you know? This business is worldwide. You need to think and act globally.

To truly dominate with your Rexair business and sell more Rainbows like hot cakes, you MUST bring your business approach into the 21 st century. To do this, You need to learn the art of target marketing on the internet, like the master marketers do, giving you the potential to generate hundreds of leads every single week. What’s more, these leads will be highly targeted. For example: New parents wanting a clean environment for baby, Athsma sufferers etc

The plan pays 4% residual bonus down to an unusual 14 levels (most Uni levels only have 7)

This income comes in the form of 10 different sources. (30%) direct sales profits. earn commissions off all of your new members purchases and activity. 5-level Fast Start payout STAR and STAR elite Bonus, cycle bonus’s. Reps that reach the ranks of Managers And Directors qualify for a Flat percentage of the of the company’s monthly revenue, called a MAD bonus.

Car Bonus – In these challenging economic times Javita is doing their bit to support American industry, Javita only supplies cars as bonuses that come from American Companies and are built by American workers (i.e., General Motors, Ford or Chrysler)

You can fast track your progress in the compensation plan and earn your car bonus sooner by getting the Qualifying business packs for either $599 or $999. I personally feel that this is quite a large investment considering it’s a very new company, but if you are confident in your ability to enroll members and help them grow their business, you could very well reap rich rewards from this.

 

Summary / Conclusion

In closing, Javita. is a good company that sells high quality products, has strong leaders and a generous Compensation plan. However, contrary to what you may have been told, that has very little to do with whether you will be successful or not. You see, the leaders will not sell the products for you and make you successful. Especially since the unilevel plan is performance based. You yourself will have to do that AND bring in your own Javita distributors to make your business a success. In fact, that applies to whatever company you belong to in the direct selling, network marketing industry.

 

This is why I recommend learning how to market and brand yourself, not your company. That way when people join, they join YOU not your company, thus giving you complete control over how you operate your business and allow you to take over any mlm company you are with.

Get familiar with other bloggers in your chosen Niche. Go to their blogs and read what they have posted and make comments. You could then make up content based on what you have just read.

Youtube: This platform has an unlimited supply of information. Not just You tube, but ANY video hosting site. You can make it into a fun exercise, browse subjects that you enjoy that are related to your niche, watch videos and use the information to write articles and press releases. Of course, you could personalize the info and record your own video.

Articles: Or you could reverse the process and read through existing articles and press releases and turn them into video content.

Blog directories: Try submitting your link to blog directories. If you are listed in a category in the directories, people will find you when they are looking for content in your niche.

Blog Carnivals: This is like having a subject inside a category. Blog carnivals allow people to drill down into subjects by post and they could be channeled directly to your post. This is because you are inserting yourself right where the people are!

 

Blogging tips for beginners – The MOST important thing about blogging is to just GET STARTED with your blog:

In the beginning, don’t worry about your picture, or spend days making up a fancy banner etc.

The very first thing you must do, is write a post!

Now you can automatically share it on your social network sites. I can highly suggest a plugin and service called Onlywire for this.

To further give your blog post presence, simply record a video about it (you could even read it word for word) then, post the link in the description section, below the video, to drive traffic back to your blog.

It can be manual, but you can do this very quickly once you get the hang of it.

Once visitors are on your blog, there are a number of things that can happen. While the reader reviews your post he / she may click on hyperlinked text in the body, linking back to a lead capture page where the reader may decide to opt-in for information. If he / she opts in, you have a lead. If not, your op-tin page can contain links to your social network pages at the bottom, so that they can go and take a look at your profiles and find out more about you. They may choose to connect with you there.

Your post could also point them to a web form on the page, which could be a newsletter, FREE training etc.

This too could house an opt in form that they need to fill out in order to see your video. Just another way that you can gain leads that you can market to.
