Information to simplify essential vitamins that you need and what they do for your body and all sorts of Weight loss secrets and tips.

Leadership

ViSalus Sciences is a privately owned company, managed by an impressive group of visionary leaders and industry veterans Including Chief Marketing Officer, Blake Mallen, Chief Legal Officer Gerald Wolfe, and the strong leadership of John Purdy, President and Chief Operating Officer and CEO, Ryan Blair, who has led ViSalus Sciences to an impressive 1,200% growth in it’s first 3 years, and has been featured on CNBC, MSNBC, Time Magazine, Business Week, The Wall Street Journal and Forbes magazine. It seems that Rexair income depends on presentations per week, you will have to complete multiple presentations per week to receive income. The commission increases based on how many units are sold.

Summary / Conclusion

Rexair is a solid company with strong leadership and proven products and has, through time, established itself as such in the industry. This on its own is a plus if you are considering becoming a rep of rexair and promoting the business and products. However, if your main game plan is to just apply traditional techniques and sell to your warm market and close circle contacts like friends and family then unfortunately you are probably not going to achieve the big payouts that you would hope. This business technique is out dated and doomed to fail in the 21 st century. Why waste your time just trying to sell to a small group of people who you know? This business is worldwide. You need to think and act globally.

To truly dominate with your Rexair business and sell more Rainbows like hot cakes, you MUST bring your business approach into the 21 st century. To do this, You need to learn the art of target marketing on the internet, like the master marketers do, giving you the potential to generate hundreds of leads every single week. Car Bonus – In these challenging economic times Javita is doing their bit to support American industry, Javita only supplies cars as bonuses that come from American Companies and are built by American workers (i.e., General Motors, Ford or Chrysler)

You can fast track your progress in the compensation plan and earn your car bonus sooner by getting the Qualifying business packs for either $599 or $999. I personally feel that this is quite a large investment considering it’s a very new company, but if you are confident in your ability to enroll members and help them grow their business, you could very well reap rich rewards from this.

Summary / Conclusion

In closing, Javita. is a good company that sells high quality products, has strong leaders and a generous Compensation plan. However, contrary to what you may have been told, that has very little to do with whether you will be successful or not. You see, the leaders will not sell the products for you and make you successful. Especially since the unilevel plan is performance based. You yourself will have to do that AND bring in your own Javita distributors to make your business a success. In fact, that applies to whatever company you belong to in the direct selling, network marketing industry.

This is why I recommend learning how to market and brand yourself, not your company. That way when people join, they join YOU not your company, thus giving you complete control over how you operate your business and allow you to take over any mlm company you are with.

Talk Fusion has once again topped the latest list of top gainers in the MLM and Network marketing field and continues to grow.

If you are reading this, you may know this already, and are following up to see what all the fuss is about, or maybe you would like to join this company.

My aim with this 3^rd party review is to give you facts about Talk Fusion and their products so you can make your own conclusion. I am not affiliated to them in any way, so you can be assured that this info is honest and unbiased.

Talk Fusion offers products that give anyone the ability to create and send video emails to friends, family and potential customers for products or services.

Leadership

This all started in 2004 when Bob Reina, Founder and President simply wanted to email a 10-sec video to friends, but was told that it was impossible to do so. Right there and then he decided that he was going to make it possible. In 2007, Talk Fusion was launched and has continued to grow ever since.The brand is now represented in 85 countries and is currently the largest video content provider in the world.

Professional-looking Video Emails, cutting edge Video Conferencing,  Once you have made up your video’s the platform enables you to post them to your own social media community that Talk Fusion have called the Fusion Wall

You also have the ability to share them on hundreds of popular social sites at the click of a button. You can create a Video Blog and you can also capture leads using their tool for creating E-Subscription Forms channeling web site or blog visitors to your mailing list. Once there, you can continue to build quality relationships with them by using the Talk Fusion Video Auto Responders to automatically follow-up with a series of personalized video e-mails.

Because we all know that, building relationships is the crux of this business. And if you are not doing this, then the unfortunate reality is, you are NOT going to make it.

I must admit, that when I saw what Talk Fusion offer in this regard, I was very impressed! Their products certainly have the WOW factor! You only have to view some of the demo’s on the site to be convinced of this. If used properly, these tools could help you to really get your product or business out there and create massive exposure.

However, there are 2 ways to look at this! There are other companies offering similar tools individually across the web, and these tools may have more functions (per tool) and cost less if that’s the only tool that you need. The other view is that Talk Fusion has them all in one place, and they are all customizable, can be branded and interlinked.

I think one question here would be how user-friendly are they, for the sender and the receiver? Not everyone has super high-speed connections around the world with capacity for transfer of large files, such as video files.

That said, technologies are being developed to overcome these problems all the time, and there is no doubt that video is the way of the future. Just look at You tube, Viddler, vimeo etc. Statistics show that by 2013 over 60% of all online content will be video content. Over the next 5 years 80% of the email market will be dominated by video emails. So the company is well positioned and could be a good one to join if you are looking to get involved in the network marketing industry.

There are 2 ways that you can get involved. You can become a customer, if you simply want to use the products to get your brand noticed, or you can become a talk fusion independent associate and get paid for promoting the Talk Fusion products and opportunity to others.

Compensation plan

Talk Fusion has an Executive package for $250, and an Elite Package for $750. Both have a $35 per month monthly fee, which in turn equates to residual income for you when you enroll members.

There are 6 ways to earn. For every product sold, you earn a commission anywhere between $20-$60. They offer matching bonuses as well as advancement bonuses.  Leadership bonuses are also offered where you can qualify to earn 1% of the total sales volume that is generated worldwide. They have just introduced a new car bonus.

Talk Fusion claims to have the worlds first instant pay Compensation Plan! For $25 you can get yourself a branded Talk Fusion Global debit card, where your commissions are paid the second you sell one of the products. Pretty neat! This is also an indication of the financial stability of the company.

Summary

The company, the products and their compensation plan have proven to be top-notch.

However, simply working with a great company does not guarantee your success.  In fact, most Talk Fusion reps are losing money every single month.  The ones that have hit the top levels and make the huge residual earnings have done so because they have effective marketing plans to generate leads and new sign-ups.

But don’t fret, there are ways to position yourself to make great money with Talk Fusion.

First, you must join with someone who is willing to help you.  They should hold regular training sessions, be available to answer your questions, and know how to recruit on a consistent basis.

Second, you must be able to generate high-quality leads every day.

Javafit Review – If you are reading this page then you are someone that is either searching for information about the Javafit opportunity and doing their due diligence, or you have already joined and you are looking to justify your decision. Either way, I hope you will have the answers you seek by the time you finish reading this article, so please read it in its entirety.

Javalution Coffee Company was created, by two friends who were looking for a way to stay fit and have more energy without major lifestyle changes. They figured that millions of people drink coffee everyday, why not make coffee that’s good for you.  In 2003 JavaFit was founded by Scott Pumper, current company President, and Jose Antonio, a sports nutrition scientist who developed the formula for the coffee.

Javafit evolved from Javalution which is a fully vertical coffee roasting and distribution company, owner of the multi-level marketing brand, JavaFit, and the retail brand, Café La Rica. They are also the category creator of functional gourmet coffee.

In early 2007, Dave Briskie, an investor, became the CEO of JavaFit and the company acquired a 50% interest in its coffee roaster in November 2007. Then later 100%. Now, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary is CLR Roasters. Javafit say that by owning CLR Roasters, they can directly control the quality every step of the way when roasting thier coffees. In my opinion, this is a strong point for the company. Javafit distributes its products through independent direct selling representatives they call “Coffee Brokers”

The company has core beliefs that focus on trust, respect, integrity, honesty, team work, loyalty, hard work, enthusiasm and passion. In order to remain transparent and support oriented, the company website has an extensive listing of over 37 frequently asked questions (FAQ) relating to both the opportunity and the products themselves.

Javafit Products

Javafit produce and sell some of the highest quality, high demand coffee products in the industry like, brewed, ready to drink (RTD), and single serve functional gourmet coffee.

JavaFit also produces varieties of coffee targeting the diet category. These include Diet Plus 62, Energy Extreme 62, Focus Plus Multi-Vitamin, Immune Plus Multi-Vitamin and Gourmet Original Roast.

Compensation plan

The Javafit business model is quite simple and very cost-effective to get involved. This will appeal to a lot of people as many hold off on entering this industry through fear of not being able to re-coup their investment quickly. With Javafit, you can choose your level of investment in the business and products.

The JavaFit opportunity used to employ a binary compensation plan with earnings coming from retail sales, and affiliate leadership bonuses. Not long ago they re-structured to “simplify” things for the members and they changed the comp plan to a Uni-level. At the same time, Javalution’s sales structure, back-end support mechanism, compensation platform and training processes were overhauled. And even repositioned the JavaFit brand with the new tag line: “Simple Pleasures, Deeply Felt.” These changes were the result of advice from their alliance partner Richmont Holdings, led by John Rochon, who spent several decades as a leader in the direct selling industry. With his assistance, they developed the compensation plan which is currently being used and includes the ability to earn in the following ways:

Earn 10% commission from autoship orders, 3 levels of fast start bonuses, Long-Term Residual Income! Earn a percentage of sales based on your qualified rank up to seven levels.

Javafit also offers a Stock Options Rewards Program so you can earn equity in the company that you are helping to build.

This program will run until 1,000,000 total stock options are issued. But note, Only Team Members enrolled at the Executive Level and on $80 monthly auto­ship are qualified to earn stock options.

Javafit say they have the SIMPLEST Compensation Plan in the entire industry. Sell Coffee, Make Money. It’s that Simple!

The simple pleasure of coffee…means no “hard sell” needed…a consumable product that generates ongoing income from customers, month after month…and a chance to literally own a piece of an up-and-coming company! Javafit recently partnered with Youngevity which further enhances the members scope for stock equity. But I will discuss Youngevity in a separate article.

Should you join Javafit?

In closing, Javafit seems to be a Great company for the right person.

They market top quality products, and their compensation plan is generous. However, these details alone are not enough to totally guarantee your success.

Your ability to sponsor new reps, sell products, and build a large team will be the key to the ultimate success of your business. One very important and necessary skill to make success possible is the ability to market online and generate leads on auto-pilot. What you need to use is a Proven Attraction Marketing System to brand yourself, generate leads, sign up leaders, and even earn from the people who say no to joining your primary opportunity.

JGO is an acronym that represents their philosophy of success, Journey, Growth, and Opportunity

Founded by Shawn Wheeland, and his ‘Master Mind’ team, Craig Cook and Maria Kim.

The JGO corporate site states that “JGO, inc will be the hottest company in Network Marketing in one year”.

Well this company is relatively new, so this remains to be seen. However, they have made quite a stir already.

Shawn Wheeland has over twenty-one years of Direct Sales and MLM experience and his marketing philosophy and systems are duplicable. They have been used by top achievers throughout the world and JGO claim they can be used by anyone to achieve success at any level.

JGO Products

JGO researches, develops, produces, and ships extremely unique and effective products for you to enjoy, and so your business can continually grow. Or so they claim!

I can not find any information about their products on the site. JGO claim that they will remain in the front of the all-natural solutions to total health, aging and obesity, products that remain in the highest demand to the largest groups of people worldwide. And it appears that they will custom make products to suit the needs of your team or your customer base. The only way to really find out about their products would be to get information from one of their representatives, or contact them via the site.

But in my opinion, this could pose a problem if you were to join as a representative, as you might find it hard to convince people about the company and products, if there is no forthright information to back it up, freely available.

JGO Compensation plan

Through training calls, conferences and training material JGO say they will assist you to become successful as what they term a “homepreneur”

JGO say that their system is so that anyone with the desire to build a business can be extremely successful.

JGO provides SUPPORT and COACHING through conference calls, and National Conferences, so you stay plugged into the training and corporate developments!

While I can not find details of a compensation plan as such on the site, JGO claim to have a team of programmers DEDICATED to building niche markets, 100% customized systems for your team. JGO has created an environment where your team’s INNOVATION can blossom. By providing you the tools and staff necessary to build a system unique to your experiences your team will flourish and you can supposedly create your own pay check.

Is JGO, inc A Good Opportunity?

Well, this will rely on your own ability to identify the problems that your JGO products can solve. The products are said to tackle the signs of aging, obesity and retain good health, so you need to find people who are looking for these solutions and make them trust you enough to join you or purchase from you.

Whatever the products help to achieve, then you would need to find people who are online searching for products with those particular results and set yourself up as an authority figure on that subject.

Your main objectives are to identify a target market for the products that you are offering, and to build up a level of trust with them. If you are capable of doing this, then you can make a success of JGO.

In closing, JGO looks like a good company. While it is still too young to tell whether or not they will be a player in the industry, it may be a good opportunity if you’re into joining start-up companies. One thing you need to understand if you decide to become a distributor, is that you will need to know how to market and generate targeted leads, if you want to stack the deck in your favor. Without marketing techniques, you will have a hard time sponsoring new people into your business. My advice is to leverage Attraction Marketing and effective offline techniques to build your JGO business.

Products

Salu International has developed a line of nutritional supplements, in the form of tablets, using ingredients derived from plants, herbs and naturally occurring compounds and extracts, using cutting edge science and advanced research in the areas of nutrition, anti-aging and preventive medicine.

One of their two premiere products is Vital resV, a supplement that contains the extracts of nutritionally abundant seeds and berries infused with Resveratrol. For those that do not know, Resveratrol is a natural chemical compound found in the skin of red grapes, as well as a host of other plants and foods including mulberries, peanuts and, of course, red wine. Resveratrol reduces the number of fat cells and is being used in human tests to treat and prevent obesity.

Vital~resV takes full advantage of Resveratrol’s extraordinary ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score of 30,000 per gram, an antioxidant rating that indicates an ability to rid the body of free radicals. The company say’s that anyone with basic computer skills can utilize Salu’s marketing platform, which harnesses social media and online business channels, to build a pipeline that will generate income selling their health products.

Salu International claim to have a compensation plan that includes the industry’s first Guaranteed Income Promise.

For Active SBOs (salu Business owners) who have met certain performance criteria within a specified time frame, Salu promises to issue a monthly check, which can range from a minimum of $100 up to $20,000.

They even give SBO’s a choice of how they can guarantee their income. This can be either enrollment based or volume based.

For example, with 8 personal enrolments, you can receive a check of $250 per month.

Volume based income is based on the total sales volume of your lesser leg.

For example: You have $2,000 CV on your lesser leg in any other company you only get paid 10%, so that equals $200 per month. Salu international says that with their Volume Based Guaranteed Income Promise you will make a minimum of $500 per month. GUARANTEED.

There are also starter bonuses, rank advancement bonuses and car bonuses salu check matching and retail sales.

This sounds great, but be sure to read the fine print which states that  the Enrollment Based Guaranteed Income Promise requires a 90-day qualification period and other qualifications being met. The volume Based Guaranteed Income Promise requires a 60-day qualification period and other qualifications being met. And income is ONLY guaranteed through escrow based on sales.

So the bottom line is, you will still need to enroll lots of people to be able to claim your “guaranteed income” and to make your Salu international business a success.

 In summary

The most crucial thing that I want to express here, that a newbie to the industry may not realize, is that by joining salu international for “guaranteed income” you’re not changing your situation. What I mean by this is, When you join a mlm company, you own absolutely nothing.

All that you actually own is your personal list of people. Your list and your relationship with your list, is the single biggest asset you will ever have. If you promote a company to your list and they join, that mlm company owns your list.

So to put this in another way, Salu International has been created by some of the top leaders in this industry. These are people who completely understand this industry and how it works. If you decide to join and start building an organization, you are simply handing over your biggest asset (your list) to some of the best marketers in the world.

This is why I recommend learning how to market and brand yourself, not your company. That way when people join, they join YOU not your company, thus giving you complete control over how you operate your business and allow you to take over any mlm company you are with.
