But its not likely that companies will hand out Due diligence questionnaires or anything like that.

I am probably the most
Skeptical and careful person on the planet.
When someone shows me something new,
I scrutinize it to the max……and then some, using my own process of due diligence.

I always advocate fully researching any new venture with a due diligence process,
and I would expect nothing less from any intelligent responsible individual such as yourself.

Researching anything can be tedious and time consuming.
And you can never be sure that your sources are genuine.
Well, I have some good news for you!
Now you CAN be sure!
And I’ll save you a lot of time by giving the info to you!
by supplying you with MY due diligence sample report which i have put together as a checklist to cover all of the important areas.

#1) The history of a company and its leadership.
In fact, thats the first and probably most important things that you should do.
However, I covered point #1) "The history of the company" in my Zeek Rewards Review,
So lets start by looking at the Company founder / owner, and CEO himself, Paul Burks.

Paul Burks is a successful and well-respected owner/operator and programmer.
He has been involved in the direct sales industry for over 14 years and his personal company FreeStoreClub has over 3 million reps and customers in over 175 countries.

Ok, thats the formal gumpf on Paul Burks. On a personal level he has been described by all sources that i have found as being a highly ethical, honest business man with a goal of helping the little

guy succeed. Hailing from poverty himself, he built the company with the sole aim of creating a platform where anyone can get started and reap the benefits of a simple task based system. He

developed the EMM model of zeek (Exact Method Marketing) after working for the fast food industry as a programmer.
Fast food chains incorporate a business model that has a 95% success rate. At McDonald's, teenagers are able to make perfect french fries because it is systematized. They simply follow a proven,

set procedure and it works every time.  Teenagers in countries in europe, africa, autralia, asia, russian federation, frankly all over the world, can be taught the same simple process thats easy to

duplicate, monitor and control.
He basically brought the highly effective and simple concepts that make the fast food industry so profitable, into the network marketing industry.
Most people fail in mlm because they can't sell or recruit, so he developed the EMM (Exact Marketing Method) business model for Zeek Rewards. Do the basic steps (purchase a monthly subscription,

buy bid samples, have customers and place ads) and you cannot fail. Of course, if you sell and recruit you can make much more money but the point is, that you can succeed without selling or

recruiting.

#3) Executive team

But one man alone can not build a solid company of the scale of Zeek.

He needs a strong team and someone who co-ordinates the efforts of that team.
Someone like Dawn Wright Olivares.

Currently Chief Operations Officer, Dawn has 25 years MLM field leadership; 10 years software development; 15 years corporate marketing strategist; 15 years creative development and team leadership.

Dawn, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Zeek in October 2011.

She been with the company 12+ years ago and has been working by Paul Burks side for the past three years very heavily since the launch of FSCAuctions which eventually became Zeekler.  She originally started out as software, graphics and systems development which over the years also became strategic and project development and management.

In 2010, she took on a larger role and by 2011 she was developing then managing most of the departments for Paul.  she initially focused on the creation of  Zeek's product and then when Paul came up with the Zeek Rewards concept and momentum started to build – she then increased her focus to internal expansion and compliance.  Paul promoted her from International Marketing Director to C.O.O.

But Dawn wasn't always this focused and passionate about the industry, and had her fair share of hardship and failure.
Dawn's 25 year field experience and leadership began in her late teens with Mary Kay and Amway.

Her first real success was with a weight loss and neutraceuticals company called E'ola. Skybiz was Dawns first corporate entry with a rescue project for the McCullough family called "Planet Skybiz."  Dawn and Dan Olivares were a software and web design team and they needed a hand.

In 1999 they were scooped up by a company with corrupt ownership where Dawn brought 16,000 reps into the company within a matter of 5 weeks as the voice of that project.  They promoted her to VP Marketing, hired Dan as head of IT and moved them out to California before they took Dawn, Dan and the reps to the cleaners and left them high and dry (never paid a single check).

After licking her wounds they joined a consortium of top MLM leaders but after being bitten by two more companies soon after, Dawn vowed she'd never be another companies voice or build another field organization.

She was then introduced to Paul Burks and has never looked at working with another owner in the industry since.  This is the first project she has been the voice for since. she says this is because of her trust in Paul Burks.

Alex de Brantes is the current Internet Marketing Manager.  He has been with the company for 2 years and he holds a Master Certification in Internet Marketing.

Overseeing sales is Darryl Douglas who has been with the company for 14 years.  He has over 17 years in the MLM industry and is well-known as a “compensation plan strategist.”

The rest of the corporate team are Dan Olivares – Master Programmer, Roger Plyler – Member Services Director, Chris Worley – e-Commerce programmer.

But you dont want to just take the word of the people in the company, you need to look at what outside experts in the industry have to say about Zeek.

When you listen to Troy Dooly remember that he is a man feared by MLM companies because he has brought down many companies by exposing their wrongdoings, their non-compliance in different areas, or the unfairness or un-sustainability of their compensation plans.

There is also whats been called the PhD, geared towards the Zeek Rewards affiliate that wants to grow their business as a leader. This is a 6 hour course where you can learn all there is to know about the laws that govern our industry.

The Federal Trade Commission  has a mamoth task in trying to stay abreast of all of the new companies popping up over the net.

However, the powers that be, are clamping down on these non compliant companies one by one as the entire industry begins to tie together with monitors and controls.

One of the compliance pre-requisites is transparency and the public release of each companies
income disclaimer statement to comply with the FTC and Legislation rules.

and bode well for the longevity of the business.

1 - ZAP Commissions: Earn 20% on all personally referred customers retail bid pack purchases on Zeekler.com Zeek Rewards allows affiliates to make money by selling retail bids or by recruiting more affiliates into the company so that they can earn VIP cash awards. There is a points system and you will be able to earn points by giving away VIP bids to customers or by selling retail bids.

On the other side of the scale, although the many potential profit building streams make the business appear complicated at first, once you “get it” it all fits together in a neat, easy to use package that even total newbies can take advantage of and gain some revenue from day 1.

In fact, I have reviewed MANY online businesses over my time online and Zeek Rewards is the first one that has an earning potential that you can “pre-determine” even without enrolling a down line. for maximising your exposure and getting you a higher ranking on the search engines.

On this post we are going to cover stage seven of the

Abundance and Freedom mastery series, the keyword estimator

and talk about some of the secret strategies that have allowed me

to surpass other blogs that completely outranked mine in a lot of different keywords.

Probably the best way to start doing this is to do some reviews on companies. As I showed you how in my MLM watchdog post.

Company name and keyword rankings

Note:

Your blog is a centralized location for all of the content that you have.

So you must put ALL your created content onto your blog.

Articles, Pictures,You tube video's, audios, etc.

This is my basic keyword estimator technique that WORKS!

• Define keyword or keyword phrase.
• Make sure there are enough people searching for what you are writing about.
• There are a bunch of paid keyword estimator programs to help you do this, and I will go into these in later trainings, but there is a FREE keyword estimator tool that is just as effective that I use ALL the time.
• Use Google Adwords external keyword research tool.

You can go straight to the page and use it or if you don’t want to keep

filling in the Captcha with your searches, then I suggest getting a FREE adwords account.

Now login and carry out your keyword estimator research as follows:

You are looking for Keywords that get a ton of traffic, but dont have much competition.

1. Type in your company name keyword or phrase that you want to check.
2. Check the box "only show ideas closely related to my search terms”
3. Under "match types" on left hand side.
4. de-select "broad" and select "phrase"
5. click search.

Now you will have a list of terms related to your keyword.

Then columns for competition, global monthly searches and local monthly searches.

keyword estimator – What numbers to look for.

You are ideally looking for 1000 local monthly searches plus.

Dont write articles on keywords that show up

with less than 1000 results in your local monthly searches.

1000 to 1600 is about right

Click on advanced options, for a box to appear with options.

Choose your local market from the drop down.

I live in South Africa, so that’s what I'll choose if Im promoting

a local product, business or website.

But if you are marketing online in general, you might want to check “all countries”

Select your language.

I just leave it on desktop and laptop devices,

as I don’t use mobile phones or anything.

Now narrow down your keyword estimator search with a filter of the keyword.

This just pulls out local monthly searches, greater than or equal to a certain number:

Type in 1000.

Because we only want to see keyword estimator results for keywords that have had

more than 1000 local searches.

Now the original keyword you chose only has a few results showing

that qualify with over 1000 local searches.

Keyword Estimator - What to do next

So now you choose the best option out of what’s there in the

refined keyword estimator results.

Either the one with the most views

or the one that has is most relevant  to the subject matter,

and you can research and write an article about it.

But let’s take the keyword estimator one step further!

You can also click on the search term that you have chosen

and it will take you to the Google search page which will show you,

about how many websites have that term in them.

This is something that you need to take into account too!

If it’s something that has 20 million or so searches,

this is way too big for what you are looking for.

The chance of a new person coming online and getting ranked for something like that is slim. There are different strategies that i'll get into in further trainings,

but there are some parameters surrounding it and i'll go through that for you.

But essentially, what you are looking for is to get

more than a 1000 local searches on the one side,

and fewer than 1 million results on the Google search results page.

Half a million is even better.

This will make it easier for you to rank for that keyword.

This example is just to show you the principle of what i do.

As you do more searches, you will get the hang of what works

and what doesn’t with the keyword estimator process.

Keyword Estimator - What are Short and Long tail keywords?

There’s also something called short tail keywords and long tail keywords.

Short tail keywords are usually one word.

Long tail keywords are typically 2 or more words that make up a phrase.

These are usually more targeted and much more worth your while to work with.

Much better!!

Make your company name a long tail keyword by adding the word review.

If you are aiming for a specific keyword or phrase

or a particular topic or word grouping and you can not find one that has

under 1 million search results, there is something else that you can do

to check if you will be able to rank for this keyword.

Keyword Estimator TIP

You still need to have over 1000 local monthly searches on the one side,

but if you click on the keyword and go to the Google search page

and you put your search term in "quotes"

it will identify sites where that exact match term can be found

and give you a more accurate reading.

Here you are looking for lower numbers.

You can work with results under 60,000 but under 30’000 is ideal here.

ADVANCED KEYWORD ESTIMATOR SEARCH RESULT TIP

Now Type inurl: in front of your keyword in inverted commas

IE inurl”yourkeyword” to search for only url’s that have

that particular keyword housed in the URL.

This helps if you are doing articles on companies for instance

and your url will include “companyname-review”

This Could be your keyword too!

Go back to google external tool,

and on the page where you found your ideal keyword,

are more high ranking keywords.

Choose 5 or 6 different keywords plus your name (to get social presence)

and the name of your primary program

IE "Lia Sophia", "Lia Sophia jewelry", "Lia Sophia scam", "Lia Sophia catalog", "Lia Sophia 2011 catalog", "brett jackson", "primary program"

Open up a notepad file and save your keywords.

These names are from network marketing companies.

However, network marketing was used for example purposes only.

You can research and write about ANYTHING on your blog

and use the content in the exact same way

to gain traffic, leads and sales.

You can do exactly the same process with any other subject

IE food , jewellery, pottery, automotive, culinary, design, art. You name it.

These tips will all help you USE the keyword estimator

to get your keywords ranked on the first page of google.

There is a simple formula that you can use to estimate the amount of traffic

that you can expect from keywords with a certain amount of monthly searches

IE 1000.

NOTE: Its estimated that the #1 position on google captures

42% of the search traffic for that specific keyword.

Therefore:- FORMULA =

Local monthly searches / 30 days in a month

[1000/30=33.3]= Daily search traffic = 33.3

Daily search traffic x .42

[33.3 x.42=13.986] (14 hits per day) = estimated daily traffic for the number 1 position.

You want relevant targeted content – What content?

One of the first questions I asked myself when I started on line was

What is content writing?

Or more precisely, What content should I write about?

Well, first of all, when it comes to creating content,

you have to be extremely focused

on what your audience is really searching for to begin with.

I’m in network marketing, so I’m going to use this topic

as an example throughout this post,

but you can use these principles for any content research.

If you write an article that is “basically” about network marketing,

then it’s basically like firing a shotgun at a small target

and just hoping that you hit it.

Shotgun Scenario accuracy

If you approach your audience and your content in the shotgun scenario,

you’re not going to get much traffic.

That’s just too broad of a topic, if we’re talking about

just network marketing and you want relevant targeted traffic.

You need to use a more accurate approach,

like a laser targeted sniper rifle.

Because if you narrow your focus

and you talk about what people in network marketing would be searching for,

you’ll get much better search engine rankings and a lot more traffic.

So instead you could talk about

network marketing compensation plans for example,

or the different kinds of compensation plans that there are.

Or even focus in on the specifics of a certain compensation plan.

Now, just by doing that, we are still in the network marketing arena,

but we’ve narrowed our focus

and we’re targeting one specific part of network marketing

and that could be for example:

only Uni-level network marketing compensation plans with matching leadership bonuses.

You want relevant targeted content – Specific content

You need to write content that is exactly specific

to what a person is actually searching for

if you want relevant targeted traffic.

So what kinds of content do we create?

Well there’s a lot of different content,

which I covered in web content guidelines,

but the main ones that we’re going to be focusing on, is articles and videos.

These are the most effective if you want relevant targeted traffic.

If you use content in a certain way,

it will allow you to just dominate the search engines.

And you can be everywhere all the time

You want relevant targeted content –  what do we write about?

There is an unlimited amount of topics that you can write about.

But since we are on the subject of network marketing,

you could write about MLM companies.

There are thousands of them out there.

You could do a review on one of them or all of them

and then give them a ranking from 1 to 10 based on certain criteria.

You could write about MLM systems,

MLM leaders, people who have a major influence on the industry,

MLM products,

you can write about online opportunities, top-tier programs.

You can write success tips and even write how to do something,

internet marketing principles,

mindset of a leader etc.

The list could literally go on and on and on.

I hope this helps to open up your mind to the possibilities.

It’s only limited by your creativity.

There is something REALLY important

that I want you to keep in mind when you’re creating any kind of content.

It’s really imperative that you

stay positive and informative with your content.

You want relevant targeted content – Fulfil a want or need

When creating content, ask yourself these two questions:

What is the person who is searching for this particular keyword actually looking for?

And how can I help them find it?

See if you can work along those lines, and then create content that applies to that.

Make sure that you do your research on any given topic

and lay out the FACTS ONLY about a person, product, service or company.

If you talk really highly about that company, you mention all of its benefits and where it stands out. People who are looking for information on that company will find it,

and read it, and they will start to look at you with a great deal of respect.

And now you’re seen as an expert immediately,

because you’re providing the exact information that that person was looking for.

You may also have people from that company read it and say

"hey! That’s a really great article that speaks the truth and spells out details about our company correctly”.

And then they will share that information on facebook and twitter

and send it out by e-mail to everyone they know.

So it could become viral, without your even being involved.

I have some content that has been tweeted more than 20 times in a single day.

I don’t know who these people are, but they found my content

and they felt compelled to share it with others.

That really is powerful.

You want relevant targeted content – Positive activity = positive results

So always stay on the positive side, and speak really well about other people,

and other topics and you will be surprised how positively people react to it.
